Hey there, I'm Tara!
I have been interested in health and natural medicine since I was a child. Growing up in a health conscious family, food was an important part of my development.
I grew up vegetarian, but made the move to a vegan lifestyle 15 years ago. It was a natural progression for me to study natural medicine and design my career as a qualified Naturopath.
Now it is my passion and focus to work with those living a vegan lifestyle. I KNOW that you can live the healthiest and most successful vegan life. Sometimes you just need the right tools - that's where I come in!

I loved that Tara was focussed on plant-based eating. She was able to share so much knowledge so that I could stay healthy and focussed as a vegan.
To know that my naturopath wasn't going to suggest adding meat, eggs or fish to my diet was such a relief!
The 7 day food diary that I completed for the diet assessment encouraged me to be more realistic with what I ate. Tara's advice afterwards has set me on a great new path on my vegan journey.
It was super simple to have my consult with Tara over Zoom. Now I just want to do all the things that she suggested so that I can feel amazing again. I can't wait!
